Island City Studios is Mumbai’s flagship recording facility, designed to deliver the warmth of classic analog consoles with the flexibility of modern production workflows. Since 2018, our rooms have hosted some of the country’s most ambitious music and film projects. The space brings together engineers, producers, and musicians across genres to create, experiment, and collaborate without compromise.
We are a complete Audio and Music Production and Post Facility for the next generation of Audio and Music professionals. Equipped to provide a unique & creative environment to facilitate the development of a fresh, new and revolutionary wave of music in the independent, advertising and film industry in this country. Our intention is to provide musicians/composers/sound engineers with all the correct tools and infrastructure to deliver their vision to the best of our ability.
We have been able to create a sense of community around the studio by encouraging collaborations between different artists and composers and we really believe that this community effort is the future of our music industry.
Our flagship studio with the fully loaded API 1608 and Quested 212s. A 500 sqft live room equipped with a Yamaha Baby Grand, Fender Rhodes, wide variety of drums, and guitar/bass amps.
Our cozy, character-filled studio — perfect for voiceovers, ADR, overdubs, and single-instrument recording. Versatile enough to record a full band live.
Our Dolby Atmos and Audio Post Production facility. Engineered for critical listening for film, OTT, and podcast mixes.
